Made in Surrey in small batches, this is a superhot chilli jelly with Trinidadian DNA - rich, tangy and searingly hot, but crafted with enough care to be genuinely enjoyable rather than just painful.

Use as a glaze on grilled meats or fish, a spread on crackers with strong cheese, or a fiery dipping sauce. No artificial preservatives.
