Punch a Crema - Traditional Trinidadian Christmas Drink

Punch a Crema (Punch de Crème) is Trinidad’s much-loved answer to eggnog - a rich, creamy Caribbean Christmas drink traditionally enjoyed throughout the festive season.

Handmade by Tantie Lorraine in Surrey using a traditional Trinidadian recipe, it combines dark rum, evaporated and condensed milk, eggs, nutmeg, cinnamon and Angostura bitters for a smooth, velvety drink full of warming spice.

Serve chilled over ice, sip slowly after dinner or pour over dessert. It pairs particularly well with our Trinidad Black Cake.
