Punch a Crema (also known as Punch de Crème) is Trinidad's answer to eggnog and once you've tried it, there's no going back. Richer, spicier and more complex than any shop-bought cream liqueur, this beloved Caribbean Christmas drink combines dark rum, evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs and warming spices including nutmeg, cinnamon and a dash of Angostura bitters.
Handmade by Tantie Lorraine in Surrey from a traditional Trinidadian recipe, every bottle is velvety, indulgent and full of festive warmth. Serve chilled over ice, pour over desserts, or sip slowly on a cold evening. Pairs beautifully with Trinidad Black Cake.
