A traditional Trinidadian currants roll, flaky, buttery pastry wrapped around a sweet filling of currants, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg. Handmade in Surrey by Tantie Lorraine from a classic Caribbean recipe, each roll delivers crisp pastry with a rich, spiced fruit centre.
