Late night, post-fete, or Sunday evening comfort - Trini corn soup is a warm hug in a bowl, with corn, pumpkin, dumplings, and plenty seasoning bubbling down together.
For this lime, we’ll be cooking corn soup step by step - a soothing pot to share while we lime, chat, and sip. You can cook along or just relax with a cocktail in hand; either way, it’s about warmth, flavour, and good company.
