No Rum 'Rum Cake'
Every Caribbean island has their version of a black cake, which is traditionally used as the base for wedding cakes. However it is most famously served at Christmas. The 'hero' of this cake is the vine fruits soaked in non alcoholic drinks.
Ingredients: Dried Mixed Fruits, Free Range Eggs, Flour, Butter, Sugar, Gravy Browning, Vanilla Extract, Mixed Spices, Non-alcoholic drink.
