No Rum 'Rum Cake'
Every Caribbean island has their version of a black cake, which is traditionally used as the base for wedding cakes. However it is most famously served at Christmas. The 'hero' of this cake is these fruits aresoaked in non alcoholic drinks.
Ingredients: Dried Mixed Fruits, Free Range Eggs, Flour, Butter, Sugar, Browning, Vanilla Extract, Mixed Spices, Non-alcoholic drink.
